Energy recovery system
Like all Xiaomi e-scooters, the Pro 2 comes with an energy recovery system built into the front wheel motor. Pull the brakes, and the electronic brake converts some of the energy back into battery power, prolonging your remaining range.

Avoid punctures by maintaining tyre pressure
Properly inflating your tyres is the most important factor to avoid punctures. Failing to maintain exact tyre pressures will result in punctures. You should check the tyre pressure once a week for a better ride quality, greater range and ensuring a longer tyre life. You can find your optimal tyre pressure range on the sidewall of your tyres. Warranty Info
2-year UK Xiaomi warranty
All of our Xiaomi e-scooters are UK stock and come with a 2-year UK warranty (unlike many imports that have to be returned to Europe or China for warranty issues). Please note, this warranty does NOT cover use in the rain.
The warranty may be void if
The scooter has been ridden in the rain or has any water ingress
The scooter has been ridden by a rider over the recommended weight of 100kg max.
What the Warranty Covers, and for how long?
The full scooter is covered, including the electronics and battery, for 2 years from purchase.
Who Is the Warranty Provider?
The warranty is backed by the manufacturer, Xiaomi, however the work is done by a partner based in the UK called SBE.

We have made special efforts to review all our third-party warranty policies to guarantee customers receive the most reliable advice before purchasing. We feel it is important to outline the following terms for Xiaomi.
The warranty may be void if:
- The scooter has been ridden in the rain or has any water ingress*
- The scooter has been misused - for example it has been ridden by a rider over the recommended weight of 100kg / 15.5st max
- The scooter has not been maintained – for example unchanged punctures and missing parts
- The scooter has been serviced or modified by anyone other than an authorised partner
*Pure Electric Tip: this is the advice from Xiaomi and must therefore be followed. In our experience, if you accidently splash your e-scooter, don’t panic; this is not always enough to constitute water damage to your device. However, we strongly advise you always take precautions keep your Xiaomi e-scooter dry.

Three speed modes, easy switch
When commuting to work, press S to go faster. When cruising around the park, press D, and in crowded areas, you can turn on the pedestrian mode to go slower. Simply double press the power button to switch between modes and easily adjust the speed to your surroundings.
High safety lithium battery and 45km super long-range battery*
The battery is safe and durable with a capacity of 474Wh. Acceleration is fast reaching a maximum speed of 25km/h. A full charge can take you 45 kilometers.
Fold it up in 3 seconds
It only takes 3 seconds to fold the scooter together. After folding, the vehicle is compact and takes up less space, making it easy to fit in the trunk. The body is made of low-density, high-strength aerospace grade aluminum alloy material and can carry a load of up to 100kg. With a net weight of 14.2 kg, it can easily be taken anywhere at anytime.
Larger construction
The Pro 2 features a larger chassis than the 1S and Essential e-scooters, giving a more secure ride underfoot. The 5cm extra length to the wheelbase also adds extra stability to the platform too.
Fifth generation BMS smart battery management system
Six smart protections keep the battery safe and extend battery life. Use the Mi Home App to monitor the condition of your battery. If there is a problem, the App will notify you immediately.

FREE NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY
All our electric scooters are sent out next working day delivery as standard.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
If you order before 2pm – Monday to Friday, your electric scooter order will be dispatched same-day and you will receive it the next working day. Orders placed on Saturday, will be dispatched Monday, delivered to you on Tuesday.
Original box and packaging
Please keep hold of your original box and packaging for at least 30-days, in the event you need to return the product to us.
Refunds and Returns
If you have received an item that is damaged, is not what you ordered, or is missing parts, then please email us immediately at [email protected] Include photographs of the issue before returning any goods so we can discuss the best action to take.
Faulty electric scooter - within 30-days of receiving
If your electric scooter develops a manufacturing fault through normal use (as outlined in the manufacturer’s manual) within 30-days of receiving the goods, then please email us at [email protected]
Refund payment
We will refund you to your original payment method (i.e, card, Paypal account etc) within 14 days of receipt at our Returns Centre.
